Community Health Initiatives is a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt, private nonprofit organization headquartered in Glenwood Springs, Colorado. Our mission is to promote healthy behavior and improve the well-being of individuals and communities across Western Colorado.
Through our commitment to our mission, we offer a range of counseling and prevention services for adults and adolescents, including substance abuse education and prevention services. We believe that everyone deserves access to high-quality care, which is why we also provide training, education, and policy advocacy services to empower individuals and communities to make informed decisions, and we advocate for policies that promote health and well-being.
In addition to these services, we provide specialized support for cancer patients and their caregivers, as well as aging adults facing unique physical and mental health challenges. We also offer resiliency training for military, first responders, and their families; equipping them with the tools and strategies they need to manage stress and maintain their well-being in high-pressure situations.
Beyond therapy, we offer assessment, policy analysis, outcomes evaluation, and statistical analysis services to improve operational and policy efficiencies for organizations looking to enhance their programs. Our experienced researchers stay up to date with accepted evaluation practices and utilize the latest technology and software to provide a wide array of statistical analysis services.
Finally, we understand the unique challenges that non-profit organizations face in managing their operations. That’s why we offer comprehensive business consulting services to help non-profits operate efficiently and effectively. Our professionals can assist with policy and procedure development, human resource management, and other essential services that are crucial for non-profits to maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices. With our expertise and support, non-profits can focus on their mission and core activities, delivering high-quality services and building long-lasting partnerships in their communities.
