Transforming stress into strength and setbacks into comebacks.
Frontline Resiliency & Support Training
Neither a counseling or treatment program, our approach to family psychological health is flexible and adaptable, allowing us to provide effective programming both in-person and virtually, and for various populations. Our educational framework is built on four key components that are consistent across all adaptations: a family psychological health check-in, family-specific education, a family narrative timeline, and family-level resilience skills. These components are delivered through six to eight skills training sessions that can be tailored to individuals, couples, families, or occupational groups, including first responders, military teams, and others. Some sessions may include children, while others may be geared towards parents only. Using virtual connections, distant family members and relatives can also be included at key moments in the process.
Our staff offers virtual access for pre-enrollment assessments, family education sessions, and post-session follow-up as needed. Our providers are highly trained, graduate-level child and family specialists who are passionate about helping families overcome challenges. These programs are tailored for military, firefighter, and law enforcement professionals, as well as their families, who may be facing illness, loss, or other difficulty. We use detailed facilitator manuals to ensure that our services are delivered with compassion and expertise.
