Through our collaborative approach with providers, clients, and community partners, we aim to create a future where mental health is a priority and everyone has the resources and support they need to achieve their full potential. We are continually adopting innovative approaches to improve the accessibility and effectiveness of mental health services, leveraging technology, research, and community engagement to deliver high-quality care to individuals and communities across Western Colorado.
True happiness is not attained through self-gratification, but through fidelity to a worthy purpose.

Telehealth
Telehealth or teletherapy has become increasingly popular in recent years, providing clients with remote access to mental health services. Telehealth offers many benefits, including improved access to care, cost-effectiveness, convenience, and increased privacy. However, there are also drawbacks to consider, such as technical issues and limited physical cues. Overall, telehealth can be a valuable tool for improving access to mental health services, but it is not a “silver bullet” solution for all mental health challenges.
Family and Group-Focused Programming
These programs involve families and/or groups of individuals throughout the therapeutic process. This approach can provide clients with increased support, opportunities for communication, improved coping skills, enhanced accountability, and reduced stigma. It’s valuable for clients who are struggling with mental health challenges that affect not only themselves but also their loved ones.
Structured and Level-Based Programs
Structured and level-based programs provide clients with a clear, step-by-step plan for progressing through treatment. This approach can help clients to understand what is expected of them and to track their progress over time. Additionally, it provides individualized treatment, accountability, gradual exposure to challenges, and a support network. This approach can be especially helpful for clients who are struggling with complex mental health challenges.
Technology-Assisted Interventions
An emerging approach to mental health treatment, these interventions use apps and other digital tools to help clients track their mood and symptoms, practice mindfulness and relaxation techniques, and more. While technology-assisted interventions are not a substitute for traditional therapy, they can be a valuable supplement to treatment.
Satisfaction Surveys
An important tool for mental health providers to gather information on the effectiveness and quality of their services, this feedback can be used to make improvements and enhance the overall client experience. By collecting feedback through satisfaction surveys, mental health providers can increase transparency and accountability, improve client outcomes, strengthen the therapeutic relationship, and boost client engagement.
